The U.S. Executive Compensation database provides comprehensive
information on salaries, cash compensation, option grants, other
stock-related compensation and auditor fees, as reported in the
Annual Meeting Proxy Statements or Form 10-K, filed with the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission. The database currently provides
compensation data for directors and officers of U.S. public companies.
In addition to the detailed information from corporate company
proxies, the Executive Compensation database also takes key financial
performance data from Hemscott’s U.S.
Company Fundamentals database. This additional data allows for
richer analysis using a variety of methodologies: analysis of historical
compensation over time, compensation to company performance (as
defined by stock price performance) and analysis of industry compensation
trends.
